My partner ordered a surprise arrangement for me and it came out lovely! He filled out the info online and requested mostly wildflowers (as these are my favorite), so he actually received a call asking about substitutions. She was very lovely and helpful, and the flowers chosen to mimic his requested flowers were very nicely done. I would definitely order from here again!

My husband surprised me with a flower delivery. The bouquet was beautiful and he was pleased that they were prettier than what he ordered. Thank you Gibsonia florist for making my Monday more beautiful!

I CLEARLY GOT THE TEMU VERSION BC WTH- I am genuinely shocked at how far the delivered arrangement deviated from what was advertised. The bouquet ordered was full, polished, and clearly designed to justify its price — multiple roses, lilies, and a thoughtfully balanced presentation. What arrived, however, was a sparse arrangement with ONLY TWO roses, a few small lilies here and there, and an overwhelming amount of cheap filler greenery- and wait for it… NO BOW!!!! I have attached pics so you can see what I ordered vs what I got. Calling this a “substitution” would be generous. This was a complete downgrade in quality, size, and value. If the advertised flowers were unavailable, basic professionalism would dictate notifying the customer or adjusting the arrangement to reflect comparable worth. Neither happened. This was meant to be a sweet Valentine’s gesture, and instead it was frankly embarrassing to my husband who had to repeatedly apologize for the poor looking arrangement. Ordered a Deluxe Standing Spray for a Family Funeral through FTD and this is the Florist who got my order. I was shocked that the arrangement was not the deluxe arrangement and wasn't even comparable to a standard arrangement..very sparse and sloppy...nowhere near the amount of flowers advertised! Really dirty business doing that to grieving people! I paid top price for bottom of the barrel flowers! This seems to be the norm...bait and switch! And as far as flower substitution, that wasn't the case here, other than the zero white daisies, the rest of the flowers were just cut down to bare minimum...sparsely slapped together...and this is with ordering 4 days prior to the visitation/funeral! This arrangement was for the wife of a local firefighter. Shameful! Tell me that is $180 arrangement!

I ordered an arrangement over the phone directly through Gibsonia flowers. They said that some substitutions would have to be made based on their current inventory. That is normal, and I’m fine with that. What I was not fine was paying quite a bit of money for dead and wilted flowers. They should have told me that their inventory was not up to standards for the arrangement that I ordered and not sell me anything. It would have been disappointing, but at least I wouldn’t have wasted money. I tried many times to speak with them about a refund before posting a review because that would have greatly changed my opinion of them, but they did not agree to make this right.
